Boat Juice Wholesale Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

All wholesale orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Carrier selection is at Boat Juice's discretion based on order size, weight, and destination. Expedited shipping options are not currently available.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is paid by the buyer and calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an error originated with Boat Juice.


Domestic Shipping Only

Boat Juice wholesale orders ship to US addresses only, including the contiguous 48 states. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or international addresses through the wholesale portal.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to the address on file once your order ships. Boat Juice is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.


Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned to Boat Juice due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Restocking fees may apply.


Freight Orders

For large or pallet-sized orders that require LTL freight, Boat Juice will contact the buyer directly to coordinate shipping arrangements and costs prior to fulfillment.
